I teach 7th grade an...Oh don't get me started! I teach 7th grade and they are sooo rude. I won't do anything for them unless they say please and thank you. I think the vast majority of it comes down to parenting. Kids walk all over parents. I will be at parent/teacher conferences and I am the one telling the kid not to talk to their parents like that!! IMO, parents want too much to be friends with their kids.
